Better health starts with stronger foundations.
At Purposeful Foundations, I take a personalized, foundations-first approach to nutritional therapy. Rather than chasing symptoms or jumping from one wellness trend to the next, we look at the bigger picture of your nutrition, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, stress, movement, and daily habits to identify where you may need the most support.
From there, we build realistic, intentional steps that fit your life and your goals. No one-size-fits-all plans. No changing everything overnight. Just a thoughtful approach to building better health, one purposeful step at a time.
Services are offered virtually, making it easy to work together from wherever you are.

Walk through what working together for 12 weeks would look like and answer any questions about the process
Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight, and building stronger health foundations takes more than a single appointment.
That’s why Purposeful Foundations 1:1 is designed as a 12-week experience. Together, we’ll take a personalized look at your nutrition, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, stress, movement, and everyday habits to better understand where you may need the most support.
We’ll start with the foundations that matter most for you and build from there. Each session gives us an opportunity to look at what’s working, what feels challenging, and what we may need to adjust before adding the next layer.
This isn’t about changing everything at once or following a perfect plan. It’s about understanding the why behind your recommendations and creating realistic habits that can support you well beyond our time together.
One purposeful step at a time.

Comprehensive Intake + Assessment 90 minutes
Before our first session, you’ll complete an Initial Questionnaire, Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), and Food & Mood Journal. I’ll review these ahead of time so we can use our first appointment to take a deeper look at your health history, current habits, concerns, and goals.
Rather than looking at one symptom in isolation, we’ll look for patterns and identify the areas of your foundations that may benefit from additional support.
6 Private 45 minute sessions
We’ll meet approximately every two weeks over the course of 12 weeks.
Our first session will establish where we’re starting and which foundations we want to prioritize. During each follow-up, we’ll review your progress, talk through what you’re noticing, celebrate what’s working, address challenges, and determine the next purposeful step.
Your plan is meant to evolve with you, not be handed to you once and forgotten.
Personalized Nutrition + Lifestyle Recommendations
Your recommendations will be based on your individual needs, goals, lifestyle, and what feels realistic for you.
Depending on what we uncover together, recommendations may include nutrition, meal habits, hydration, sleep, stress support, movement, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.
We’ll focus on changes that have a clear purpose rather than adding more things to your wellness to-do list.
Ongoing Reassessment
Your body, circumstances, and needs can change throughout our work together. We’ll continue to reassess your goals and how you’re responding so we can build on what’s helping and adjust what isn’t.
Assess. Implement. Reassess. Build.
Between-Session Support
You don’t have to save every question for our next appointment. You’ll have access to brief between-session support for questions or clarification related to the recommendations we’re currently working on via email.
Your Next-Step Roadmap
During our final session, we’ll look back at the progress you’ve made, identify the foundations you’ll continue building, and create a clear plan for moving forward.
The end of your initial 12 weeks doesn’t have to mean the end of support. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you next, whether that’s continuing for another three months, moving to month-to-month coaching, or checking in periodically as you continue building on your progress.

The graph above shows two sets of results of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The red bars indicate initial symptom severity. The green bars indicate symptom severity after three months of nutritional therapy.
As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).
The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.
Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.
During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.
Real People, Real Results

"I've incorporated the Foundations of Health. My husband had high blood pressure, through diet and better sleep, he's now in the normal ranges without medication. He also lost 22 pounds because of those changes!"

"I have learned how to help support my own aging process as well as my husband's. We have learned how to minimize the highs and lows of blood sugar and absorb the nutrients from our food better."

"I quit drinking once I realized how it was truly negatively affecting my sleep and stress levels."

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll start by looking at where you are now, what matters most to you, and which foundations may need the most support.
If you’re ready for a more personalized, intentional approach to your health, let’s start with a conversation.
